Employing a lot of union labor

Building public infrastructure that will be able to be operational 24/7/365 is no small feat, and any product made for a populace should be made by that populace.

We’re born in a union city, Los Angeles. We’re contractually set to employ the same level of union labor as a traditional subway would, but we’ll be able to go much, much further due to reduced material requirements and building off-site, assembling on-site.

Built off-site,
assembled on-site

Most train projects are entirely built on-site. In a traditional bored-tunnel subway, every single inch of the track is built here from scratch, often taking over half a decade to complete. During construction, costs for it increase because the cost of living increases!

We’re able to build the track, train pods and significant infrastructure all off-site. So factories outside the city in which it is built are employed to create the train, and we can build in 100 foot increments.

Then, those pieces are shipped in, and merely assembled , rather than built from scratch. As a result, construction crews are on-site for less than half the amount of time as is required to create a standard subway or at-grade train.

Our entire firm creates this train. We do all of the required due diligence for your given locale.

We manage and procure all of the environmental review, legal necessities in procuring union labor, material sourcing and ground surveying, as well as local building code research. Building a train isn’t as easy as taking one, but that won’t stop us from trying.

As an elected official, or a constituent group, or even someone who just wants our train to be built in your area (on either a huge scale or a single-hop), we can dive in to make it happen.
